Work Hours: 5 day work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekend)
Be the first point of contact for parents and students, ensuring smooth daily operations at the tuition centre. You’ll handle enquiries, manage registrations, and provide administrative support to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors at the front desk.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
Manage class schedules, student registrations, and payments.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and fees.
Provide information on programmes, promotions, and centre policies.
Support teachers and centre staff with administrative tasks.
Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organised.
Requirements
Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of centre management systems is a plus.
Positive, service-driven attitude with a passion for education.
