Job Description

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for strategic technology sector customers
• Identify and convert new revenue opportunities across logistics and supply chain service offerings
• Manage customer retention, contract renewals, and account expansion initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, forecasting, and profitability management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across freight, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations
• Utilise customer insights, market intelligence, and CRM data to strengthen commercial performance and account development

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management
• Background within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, technology, or related industries
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise customers across multiple markets
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations and solution selling
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders within matrix organisations
• Experience driving revenue growth, account expansion, and customer retention initiatives
• Highly analytical with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning capabilities
