WE’RE HIRING: CAR DETAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Singapore
Full-time | 5-day work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and understand their car-care needs
• Recommend suitable detailing, polishing, ceramic coating and PPF services
• Explain service packages, pricing and expected results clearly
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Follow up with customers and provide service updates
• Coordinate appointments with the detailing team
• Inspect completed vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Requirements:

Customer service or sales experience preferred
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Service-oriented, patient and responsible
Able to handle complaints calmly and professionally
Basic knowledge of car detailing services is an advantage
Willing to learn about polishing, ceramic coating and PPF
Able to work independently and as part of a team
