• Coordinate technology recruitment activities across global locations to ensure consistent and efficient hiring practices
• Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, generate recruitment reports, and optimize recruitment workflows
• Manage multiple concurrent hiring priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
• Apply a commercial and consultative approach to partner with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recruitment advice
