Hiring Customer Care Associate (BPO)

Job Summary:
Handle customer enquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely support

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns.
• Assist customers with account, product, or service related enquiries.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced BPO environment.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
• Customer focused with good problem solving skills.
• Basic computer and system knowledge.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
