Sepenuh Masa Process Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in MRD KL Shah Alam - Maukerja

• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process specifications, PFMEA, etc.
• Establish and optimize process parameters for new and existing products.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and productivity initiatives.
• Train operators, production supervisor and technicians on process requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, process development, or manufacturing operations.
• Preferable proficiency in use of AUTOCAD or Inventor
• Experience in thermal products, polymer, rubber, silicone, or related manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience supporting APQP, NPI, process qualification, and engineering change activities.
• Well verse in IATF16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
