• Manage procurement activities for electronic components, raw materials, and production-related items to support manufacturing requirements.
• Review MRP requirements and generate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on shipment schedules to prevent production shortages.
• Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze material shortages and implement corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.
• Resolve supplier-related issues involving quality, delivery, and service performance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
