Responsibilities
Basic up to $4,500
AWS + Variable Bonus + Allowance
Medical + Flexible Benefits
Kallang
Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Job Scope
• Handle purchase requisitions, quotations and purchase orders
• Plan purchases based on demand, lead time, MOQ and pricing
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Planning, Production and QA teams
• Manage material shortages, excess inventory and urgent purchases
• Update purchasing and delivery records in SAP
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of purchasing or materials planning experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills
