About the role

We are looking for a Capacity Analyst to join our infrastructure‑related capacity management team in an agile environment.

You will create and maintain capacity management reports and views, support internal customers in interpreting capacity analyses, and ensure the functionality and quality of our capacity management tools and reporting landscape. You will bring a basic analytical and design orientation, combined with a creative, agile and digital mindset, and continuously adapt to changing business needs with appropriate development options.

Your key responsibilities

• Create capacity management reports and views in the capacity management tool based on defined specifications
• Provide customer advice and support in the use of capacity management reports and analyses
• Advise and assist internal customers in using capacity management tools and in creating capacity plans
• Ensure the functionality and reliability of capacity management tools, reports and views
• Work effectively in a team and maintain proactive communication with internal customers
• Contribute to the optimization of reports, views and capacity management processes
• Present data and results in an understandable, customer‑oriented way

What you bring

• Basic knowledge of operating systems and database management systems
• Knowledge of IT operations processes (ITIL)
• Knowledge of the capacity management process
• Preferred: knowledge of BMC Helix Capacity Optimization
• Experience with infrastructure and operating systems
• Knowledge of development, documentation and optimization of reports and views
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and SQL
