Property Management Executive

Salary: From $3,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Location: East Singapore (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)

Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial and rental properties.
* Source and evaluate new properties for potential purchasing,leasing and business expansion.
* Conduct property viewings and assist in securing new tenants.
* Advertise and market available units to achieve high occupancy.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, property agents, contractors and service providers.
* Handle tenant enquiries, tenancy renewals, move-ins and move-outs.
* Resolve tenancy-related issues and provide timely support to tenants and landlords.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, renovation and cleaning works.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained.
* Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, property records and related documentation.
* Monitor occupancy, rental collections and follow up on outstanding matters.
* Support the team in improving operations and growing the company’s property portfolio.
* Perform other property management and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant experience in property management, leasing, real estate or customer service is preferred.
* Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
* Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
