Leading A1 Main Contractor | Landmark Building Projects Across Singapore (Multiple Newly Awarded Projects)

Position: Quantity Surveyor - Upto SGD 8,500 (Highly Negotiable)

Project Types: Healthcare, Commercial & Mixed Used Development

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Working Hours: 5-Day Work per Week (Monday–Friday)

Salary Package: Competitive Salary (Highly Negotiable) + AWS + Variable Bonus (upto 3 Months), OT Paid

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join one of Singapore's leading A1 Main Contractors delivering landmark Healthcare, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments. With multiple newly awarded projects and continued expansion, we are seeking Quantity Surveyors to join a growing commercial team offering excellent long-term career progression.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Contracts Manager in contract administration, variation works and post-tender commercial activities.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, tender submissions and contractual documentation.
• Manage project cost control, subcontract administration and final account settlement.Evaluate subcontractors' progress claims, variation works and payment applications.
• Measure, value and submit variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Monitor project cost performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
• Support procurement activities and subcontract package management.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team to resolve contractual and commercial issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience within the building construction industry. 
• Experience with a Main Contractor will be highly advantageous.
• Experience on Healthcare, Commercial or Mixed-Use developments will be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong commercial awareness with good knowledge of contract administration and cost control.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
