Role Description The Sales and Application Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and presenting appropriate solutions based on customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, explaining technical features and applications, preparing quotations, and following up on sales leads. The specialist will provide post-sales customer support, coordinate product training sessions for clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, monitoring market trends, and contributing to sales forecasts and reporting.

• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and customer management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is an advantage.
