Job Description

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high standards.
• Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor sales performance, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal manpower planning.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B operations (management level preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
