Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll and accounting tasks using SQL Payroll and SQL Accounting.
• Prepare and submit employees’ statutory contributions and tax-related matters, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.
• Assist with accounts receivable, customer payment vouchers, and monthly management reports.
• Arrange and process payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Assist staff with the coordination and organization of courses, training, and other related activities.
• Assist with applications and renewals of work passes and work permits.
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding insurance policies and renewals.
• Stay updated on the latest labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Perform general accounting data entry and provide administrative support.
• Enter and maintain financial data accurately and prepare financial reports.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in a distribution or retail company is an added advantage.
• Familiar with SQL Payroll and SQL Accounting.
• Willing to work on a yearly contract basis.
• Responsible, dedicated, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks within the required deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
