Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA-QC Supervisor - Desa Cemerlang, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di FEPA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise QA/QC inspectors
• Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
• Review NCRs, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with production and management to resolve quality concerns
• Ensure compliance with ISO or other applicable standards
• Train staff on quality procedures and best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM or Diploma Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
