Job Description
- Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders to facilitate operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, procedures, and operational standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping and operational documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance and processing of all required logistics-related documents.
- Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and business partners across multiple countries.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operation by resolving issues and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.
A Successful Customer Service Executive Should Have
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding, logistics operations, or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to interact confidently with international customers and agencies.
- Candidates available on short notice will have an added advantage.
- Annual salary range.
