Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Solution Design
    • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements, design SAP solutions, and identify opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automation.
  • SAP FI/CO & Fixed Assets
    • Design, configure, test, and implement FI/CO solutions covering FI-AA, CAPEX, Investment Management, Leasing/CLM, FI-GL, asset lifecycle, depreciation, and IFRS 16.
  • CAPEX & Investment Management
    • Support CAPEX planning, investment management, WBS/AuC processes, budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, variance tracking, governance, and approval workflows.
  • Implementation & Deployment
    • Define, configure, test, document, and oversee end-to-end SAP solutions, including country-specific localization and deployment waves across international markets.
  • Integration & Collaboration
    • Coordinate with Agile Release Trains and technical teams, supporting integration between FI, SD, MM, PP, Project System, procurement, logistics, Fixed Assets, and CAPEX processes.
  • Testing, Validation & Compliance
    • Support system validation, testing, documentation, audit trails, security, privacy, quality, IFRS, internal controls, segregation of duties, and regulatory compliance.
  • Data & Migration
    • Support ERP-to-S/4HANA asset and finance data migration, ensuring master data quality, consistency, auditability, and successful transition to productive environments.

Requirements

  • SAP FI/CO Experience
    • 5+ years of professional SAP FI/CO experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI-AA, CAPEX, Leasing/CLM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Fixed Assets Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of asset master data, asset classes, depreciation keys, asset onboarding, reassessment, transfers, retirement, auditability, and depreciation processes.
  • CAPEX & Investment Management
      Strong understanding of CAPEX projects, Investment Management, WBS AuC Capitalization
    • Depreciation, CAPEX vs. OPEX validation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Leasing & Finance Processes
    • Experience with Leasing/Contract Lease Management, IFRS 16, FI-GL, global Finance settings, financial close processes, and integration of assets and depreciation.
  • SAP Integration
    • Good understanding of FI integration with SD, MM, PP, Project System, procurement, logistics, and other cross-functional business processes.
  • Implementation & Validation
    • Experience with SAP implementation and deployment projects, system validation, testing, documentation, change deployment, and validated-system compliance requirements.
  • International Delivery
    • Experience working with global teams and international SAP deployments, preferably in Latin American and/or APAC countries, with advanced English communication skills.
  • Finance Data & Controls
    • Experience with finance data quality, reconciliation, reporting, auditability, and internal control requirements across SAP Finance processes.
