1. Sales Flow Ownership & Quotation Management

• Handle enquiries professionally and initiate the sales workflow promptly.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from job creation and quotation to Delivery Order (DO) generation.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Procurement and Inventory teams to determine repair, material and labour costs.
• Prepare quotations based on collected costs and submit to the Superior for final pricing and margin approval.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding enquiries, POs, WOs and SOs.
• Ensure finalized Delivery Orders are submitted accurately and on time to the Billing team.

2. Independent Tracking & Escalation

• Maintain a digital tracking system to monitor job progress and identify potential delays.
• Maintain accurate filing and costing databases for future quotations.

3. Autonomy & Confidentiality

• Work independently, resolve routine costing and client queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of costing, vendor rates and company margins.

Requirements

• Minimum in Diploma Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in sales, quotation, costing or administration is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
