1. Halal/HACCP/GMP Documentation & Administrative Support

· Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing Halal files (e.g., Halal Manual, SOPs, forms).

· Help maintain IHCS documentation.

· Ensure all Halal-related records are properly filed (training record, cleaning record, supplier documents, etc.).

· Support the preparation of documents for Halal audits (internal or external – JAKIM/JAIS).

2. Ingredient & Supplier Verification

· Assist in gathering and checking Halal certificates from suppliers.

· Verify raw material specifications, COA, and Halal status.

· Help update the raw material list and Halal certificate expiry tracking.

· Communicate with suppliers to request Halal documents (under supervision).

3. Production Process

· Observe/assist production lines when necessary.

· Monitor segregation of Halal and non-Halal risk materials (if applicable).

· Check cleanliness and sanitation according to Halal and GMP requirements.

· Support routine internal inspection (e.g., entry point hygiene, storage area conditions

4. Labelling & Product Review

· Help review product labels for Halal logo, ingredient declaration, and compliance.

· Assist in preparing documents for new product applications.

· Support labelling verification activities on finished goods.

5. General Compliance & Quality Support

· Support GMP, HACCP, and food safety activities related to Halal.

· Assist in cleanliness inspections for storage, equipment, and tools.

· Participate in quality checks related to Halal compliance.

6. Special Tasks (Based on Company Requirement)

· Assist in Halal application via MYeHALAL (if needed).

· Help in Halal traceability activities (material in/out tracking)

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
