Our client is a leading global beauty retailer offering an extensive range of premium skincare, makeup, fragrance and beauty products. They are seeking enthusiastic Beauty Advisors who enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and helping customers discover products suited to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised consultations and recommend suitable beauty products

• Introduce and demonstrate skincare, makeup and fragrance products

• Share product knowledge, application techniques and current promotions

• Create engaging and memorable experiences for every customer

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Process payments and perform cashiering duties accurately

• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays

• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment

• Support store events, campaigns and new product launches

Requirements

• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or retail sales is advantageous

• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided

• Passionate about beauty products and customer service

• Confident in engaging customers and recommending products

• Comfortable working towards sales targets

• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Positive, energetic and collaborative team player
