Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop and enhance AI features for an education platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality AI solutions that improve learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI and Generative AI features for a learning platform to improve user engagement and educational outcomes
• Review and refine existing AI and large language model (LLM) workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs to ensure high-quality results
• Support AI features that process text, images, and structured data to expand platform capabilities
• Design and implement practical evaluation and testing methods to measure AI quality and performance
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve AI-related technical issues to maintain system stability
• Optimize AI model performance, response time, and operating costs to enhance scalability and user experience
• Evaluate and recommend suitable AI models, APIs, and emerging technologies for integration
• Collaborate closely with engineers on implementation, technical reviews, and problem-solving to ensure robust AI solutions
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning
• Work with Product, UX/UI, and Education teams to translate product requirements into effective AI-driven features

Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-powered applications
• Proficient programming skills in Python for AI model development and integration
• Experience integrating AI models or APIs into software applications
• Solid understanding of AI testing, evaluation, and performance optimization techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex AI challenges
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Effective communication and knowledge-sharing skills to support team growth
• Passion for building meaningful AI products with real user impact
