We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or anyone who enjoys communicating with people and wants a stable job with career development and no night shift. You will assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products through calls, emails, and chat. Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and chat

• Help customers understand how to use electronic products

• Guide customers step-by-step to solve simple issues

• Provide product information or explain how certain features work

• Follow company communication guidelines and service standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least SPM

• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit

• Fresh graduates & entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Prior customer service experience and familiarity with electronic product are a plus
