Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Engineer di OCIKumho Sdn. Bhd. Sarawak - Maukerja

To coordinate with planning on production scheduling to meet customer requirement and shipment.

Plan and coordinate daily operation of the plant process to meet the target productivity, quality and cost by closely monitoring the throughput, output and operation parameters.

Report to the manager for any troubleshooting and provide technical support for engineering teams.

Lead and develop recovery programs, strategies to improve efficiency for production and implementation of safety requirements (HIRARC).

Produce, train, implement and develop the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and checklist.

Train (and Refresher) the production members and affiliates in the operation of DCS, Fieldwork, and experience sharing.

Plan and coordinate plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown (Turnaround), maintenance and modification works

To maximize plant utilization to meet production target, while optimizing processes to meet targeted product specifications.

Liaise with Logistic and Planning for timely raw materials receiving and final products delivery.

Maximize manpower utilization via coaching, training and counselling.

To comply with governmental and local regulations / requirements.

To comply with all quality standards and requirement set by the Company as well as meeting the product specification required by the customers.
