Join as Supply Chain Specialist, responsible for managing purchasing, import shipments, customs clearance, and product returns (RMA) to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.

This role works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure materials and products are delivered on time and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Working Location: Subang Jaya - Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order issues and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Arrange import and export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including product returns, repairs, and replacements.
• Support inventory accuracy and identify opportunities to improve purchasing and logistics operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance will be an added advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
