THE JOBSCOPE

• Support the Sales team in managing daily sales activities and administration.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.

• Coordinate client enquiries and follow up on leads and business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate client records, sales databases, and account information.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

• Coordinate appointments, sales meetings, site visits, and client arrangements.

• Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure requirements are communicated clearly.

• Follow up on confirmed business and assist with necessary arrangements.

• Assist the Sales team with event, meeting, and client-related coordination.

• Monitor sales activities and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.

• Support the preparation of sales materials, packages, and promotional information.

• Maintain proper filing of sales documents and correspondence.

• Assist with sales activities, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

• Respond to client enquiries professionally and direct matters to the appropriate team.

• Work closely with Sales, Events, Operations, Revenue, and other departments.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in sales coordination, administration, customer service, or a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Customer-oriented and professional.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
