Does the idea of a well-oiled supply chain excite you? We're looking for an Operation Executive who can keep our stock moving accurately from warehouse to branches.

Your day-to-day will involve managing branch stock requests—evaluating each one for urgency and item availability, then prioritising fulfillment accordingly. Keeping the warehouse neat and accessible is key, so you'll arrange stock logically and conduct daily counts to ensure the system reflects reality. When shipments come in, you'll verify quantities and product condition, then update the Wavelet system to keep records current. On the dispatch side, you'll schedule Lalamove deliveries and verify that every order sent out is complete, with no wrong or missing items. All stock transfers must be finalised the same day. If any discrepancy arises, you'll jump on it immediately and resolve it to maintain our zero-error dispatch record.

Requirements: You should be detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable using inventory software. You'll need to handle physical stock and stay organised during busy periods. Experience in operations or warehousing is an advantage.
