The Assistant Manager, Business Development supports the development and execution of business strategies to grow the C&I solar solutions market. The role assists in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating project opportunities with internal teams.

1. Opportunity Development

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.

– Conduct preliminary feasibility analysis for solar projects.

2. Proposal Development

• Assist in preparing project proposals and commercial documentation.

– Work with technical teams to develop customized solar solutions.

3. Client Engagement

• Support client meetings and presentations.

– Maintain communication with clients during project development.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, energy solutions, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial energy projects or large-scale technical sales.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and client management skills.
• Strong understanding of solar PV solutions, project development, and energy market trends.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage high-value accounts.
