Kerja Sepenuh Masa, SAFETY SUPERVISOR di PARAS SAKSAMA SDN BHD Pahang - Maukerja

• Supervise and monitor daily safety activities at the project/site.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure workers comply with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions.
• Report and investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Assist in preparing safety reports, inspection records, and other HSE documentation.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from safety inspections or incidents.
• Monitor housekeeping, emergency preparedness, fire protection equipment, and other safety facilities at site.
• Stop or report unsafe work activities where necessary to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Assist the Safety & Health Officer in ensuring compliance with DOSH/JKKP, OSHA 1994, regulations, and project safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, EPCC, manufacturing, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work at site and monitor workers/subcontractors.
