We are currently hiring Senior Workday Consultants for multiple opportunities with a leading client in Selangor, Malaysia.
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Contract: 12 Months
Experience: Around 8+ Years
Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Requirements
We are looking for senior Workday professionals with strong implementation experience. Candidates should be able to independently work with business stakeholders and drive Workday solutions end-to-end.
Key expertise required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Core
- Proven experience in Workday implementations – mandatory
- Ability to independently partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Strong experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis
- Ability to identify gaps and recommend effective Workday solutions
- Experience in solution design and configuration
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes
- Experience with Workday system administration
- Workday configuration and business process management
- Security configuration and management
- Complex Workday report configuration
- Experience with bulk data processing / mass data loads
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate functional solutions
Module Expertise
Candidates should have strong Core HCM experience along with expertise in at least one of the following:
Time & Absence
Workday Journeys
Talent Management
Ideal Candidate
- We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Strong Workday implementation background
- Around 8+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on Core HCM expertise
- Strong Fit-Gap Analysis & Solution Design capabilities
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders
- Strong configuration, security, reporting and data-processing experience
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
