We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist (PTP) to join our growing Finance Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of finance operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of finance operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Payment Support.
- Support Travel & Expense (T&E) processing and corporate card administration.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
- Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and system-related issues through effective root cause analysis.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide finance guidance, operational support, and process expertise.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, policies, and company procedures.
- Take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution with minimal supervision.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or end-to-end PTP processes and environments.
- Good knowledge and understanding of T&E processes and associated accounting impacts.
- Experience supporting month-end close activities, including journal preparation and reconciliations
- Experience with SAP Concur, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Office Suite highly preferred
- Experience within multinational corporations (MNCs), public listed companies (PLCs), or Shared Services/Global Business Services (SSC/GBS) environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
