Avant Aegis is looking for BIM Modelers specializing in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), or Civil & Structural (C&S) to join our BIM team at our headquarters in Subang Jaya.

This is a combined vacancy. We welcome candidates whose strongest discipline is:

• Architecture
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Civil & Structural (C&S)

You will help develop accurate, coordinated discipline models and model-based documentation while working alongside BIM Coordinators, BIM Leads and multidisciplinary project teams.

Whether you are a fresh graduate with a strong technical foundation or a junior modeler ready to develop further, this role offers practical exposure to BIM project delivery, model quality and multidisciplinary coordination.

What You'll Do

• Develop and update discipline-specific BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce accurate models, drawings, views, schedules, sheets and other BIM deliverables.
• Follow project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards and agreed information requirements.
• Maintain model organisation, naming conventions, worksets and project standards.
• Perform model checks and address comments raised through QA/QC reviews.
• Support model federation, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Autodesk Navisworks Manage or other project platforms.
• Review coordination comments and update models under the direction of BIM Coordinators and discipline leads.
• Identify model conflicts, missing information and inconsistencies, and raise them promptly.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Support project submissions and deliverables against agreed deadlines.

Your DisciplineArchitecture

Model architectural elements and prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules and related documentation. Support coordination with structural elements and building services.

MEP

Model relevant HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire-protection and/or related systems. Support system coordination, connectivity, levels, slopes, access and clearance requirements where applicable.

Civil & Structural

Model foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, framing, openings and other structural elements. Prepare model-based structural plans, sections, details and schedules.

What We're Looking For

• A Diploma, Degree, Certificate or recognized technical qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, BIM or another relevant discipline.
• Basic to intermediate competency in Autodesk Revit for your chosen discipline.
• Understanding of technical drawings, model geometry and construction documentation.
• Good attention to accuracy, consistency and detail.
• Willingness to follow project BIM standards and learn from senior team members.
• Good communication, teamwork, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site at our Subang Jaya headquarters.

You'll Have an Advantage If You Have

• Internship, academic or professional experience producing BIM models and drawings.
• Strong Autodesk Revit competency in Architecture, MEP or Structure.
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows or ISO 19650 principles.
• Experience with multidisciplinary or technically complex projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Revit automation or other BIM productivity tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant BIM models, drawings or academic projects.
