Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Full-Set Accounting: Review and execute monthly full-set property developer accounts, applying sound knowledge of property profit recognition and tax computations.
- Treasury & Tax Compliance
- Taxation: Perform yearly tax estimations and revisions, ensuring timely preparation and submission of Form CP204 and CP204A.
- Stakeholder Management
- External Relations: Act as a key liaison point with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, and internal project managers on all finance and operational matters.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on accounting experience specifically within the Property Development sector.
- Core Competencies: Strong command of Malaysian accounting standards, property profit recognition, CP204 tax computations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Exposure to full-spectrum group consolidation and tax planning.
- Strategic mentorship role with direct supervisory responsibility.
- Collaborative and stable work culture within a recognized property brand.
