Full Time HR GENERALIST Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,400 in INFINITE FACILITIES SERVICES PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process, including sourcing applicants, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding new hires through orientation.

• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and oversee disciplinary procedures and grievance investigations.

• Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce company policies while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.

• Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, administer health and retirement benefits, and act as a liaison between staff and benefits providers, including claim process.

• Performance Management: Administer performance review processes and assist managers in addressing performance or development issues.

• HR Administration: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and assist with workforce reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Typically, 1 to 3 years of proven experience in HR coordination or a similar generalist role.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor/employment laws and HR best practices.

• Skills: Excellent communication, fluent in English, conflict management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office is essential.
