Job Description:

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
• Conduct market research and identify trends, customer needs and industry changes
• Identify potential markets, key customers, and industry sectors
• Create with the sales team to create long-term clients
• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Gather client feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and tracking ROI
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget, and outcomes for senior management
• Develop partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and other companies to enhance the company's network and reach
• Negotiate co-marketing agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with industry stakeholder.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to execute marketing strategies effectively
• Provide support to the Commercial/ Billing department
• Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties/ deliverables as required
• Any other job from the Senior Management/ General Managers

Pay: $3,224.59 - $9,879.66 per month
