RETAIL SALES ADVISOR

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Retail Sales Advisor to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure the store, displays, and merchandise are neat and well-presented.
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Handle cashiering and basic POS transactions.
• Support store promotions, campaigns, and other retail activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in retail/fashion sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, confident, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work according to retail shift schedules.
• Interest in fashion and styling will be an added advantage.
