Your Responsibilities
Lead and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and high-performing culture
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour deployment to meet operational needs
Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and effectively
Monitor sales performance, drive upselling initiatives, and help achieve business targets
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs
Assist with inventory management, ordering, stock control, and cost management
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and senior management teams to maintain operational excellence
Represent the fun, lively, and welcoming spirit of our Mexican-inspired brand while leading by example
