Position: Complex Project Manager –Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Location: Singapore

Contract Duration: 12 Months (with potential conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager to lead a large-scale Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program focused on standardizing and harmonizing business processes across multiple regions, business units, and legal entities. The successful candidate will drive global template design, coordinate multi-country deployments, and manage cross-functional teams in a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Drive the design, governance, and implementation of a global SAP template, balancing standardization with local business requirements.
• Manage global rollout and deployment waves across multiple countries and regions.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issue management.
• Coordinate globally distributed teams, including business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Manage cutover planning, data migration, testing, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Ensure integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BW/Analytics, and third-party applications.
• Provide executive-level reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Drive organizational change management, user training, and business adoption activities.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in global organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience with global template design and multi-country/multi-region SAP deployments.
• Deep understanding of SAP processes across Finance and Logistics domains.
• Experience with SAP ecosystem integrations and end-to-end business process transformation.
• Demonstrated success managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, cutover planning, deployment management, and hypercare support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Consulting or professional services background preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
• SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Activate certifications.
• Change Management certifications.
