Job Description

Fabrication 2d materials-based devices.

The main research goals include 
(1) transfer large-area 2D materials to fabricate transistor devices and circuits 
(2) Explore the method to prepare bilayer and trilayer 2D semiconductors by wafer bonding technologies.

Qualifications

•    The candidate should possess a Master's degree with at least two years of relevant research or industry experience, as well as strong knowledge, technical skills, and expertise in the field of 2D materials-based devices.
•    Excellent communication skills, a strong motivation for scientific research, and demonstrated experience in writing scientific publications are essential.
•    Preference will be given to candidates with a strong publication record in the field of 2D materials-based devices.
