Job Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Identify and acquire new catering customers, including corporate clients, government agencies, schools, and private events.
• ⁠ ⁠Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices for catering orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with potential customers to secure bookings and maximise sales conversion.
• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site visits when required.
• ⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable catering menus and packages based on customers’ needs and budget.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• ⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• ⁠ ⁠Attend networking events, exhibitions, and roadshows to generate new business opportunities.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• ⁠ ⁠Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 year of sales experience (catering, F&B, hospitality, or event sales preferred).
• ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• ⁠ ⁠Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• ⁠ ⁠Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage (not compulsory).

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
