Job Summary

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports on account status. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead customer account management by serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships by engaging stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability and align with business objectives
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors to influence strategic decisions
• Manage the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to meet customer needs and objectives
• Communicate progress and outcomes of monthly and quarterly initiatives clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports on account status to inform decision-making and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned territories
• Address and resolve challenging client requests or escalations to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
