Job Description

• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant reporting in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.

• Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Manage tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, GST and related filings.

• Monitor investment accounting activities, including portfolio tracking, valuations, investment income and performance reporting.

• Review settlement letters and related payment instructions to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely execution.

• Monitor liquidity, treasury activities, cash flow forecasts and foreign exchange exposures.

• Ensure effective internal controls, proper documentation and compliance with company policies and governance requirements.

• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancement projects to strengthen operational efficiency and controls.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance, audit, tax, treasury and reporting matters.

• Undertake ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within asset management industry or family office Strong understanding of investment accounting, treasury management and financial instruments

• Proactive team player with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
