About the Role

Ready to lead a portfolio of stores and inspire high-performing teams? We're looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Cluster Manager to join the team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across a group of stores within your region. As a key leader within the business, you'll bring our vibrant brand to life by creating engaging store environments, building strong leadership capability, and ensuring operational excellence across your cluster.

You'll take ownership of key retail drivers including people, sales performance, profitability, inventory control, and customer experience , while fostering a culture that is fun, inclusive, and results-focused.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading & Developing Amazing Teams

• Recruit, onboard, and develop talented Store Managers and retail teams in partnership with our People & Culture team.

• Coach, mentor, and support Store Managers to achieve outstanding results and create positive team cultures.

• Build strong succession pipelines and identify future leaders across your cluster.

• Deliver regular performance coaching and development conversations that inspire growth and accountability.

• Drive engagement and retention through effective leadership, recognition, and development opportunities.

Driving Commercial Success

• Lead your cluster to achieve and exceed sales, productivity, and profit targets.

• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and execute action plans to maximise results.

• Monitor key financial metrics including wage management, expenses, stock loss, and store profitability.

• Ensure stores consistently execute company standards, processes, and commercial initiatives.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Champion unique customer experience and ensure every store delivers a fun, memorable, and engaging shopping journey.

• Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life in-store.

• Coach teams to create exceptional interactions that drive customer loyalty and sales performance.

• Support the delivery of training initiatives that enhance customer service and operational excellence.

Managing and Growing the Store Network

• Lead the successful execution of new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, and store closures.

• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver business priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, support, and direction while maintaining high operational standards across the cluster.

About You

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role such as Cluster Manager, Area Manager or similar.

• A strong track record of delivering sales growth, operational excellence, and commercial results.

• Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams.

• A confident and inspiring leader who can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
