Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design company catalogues, brochures, flyers and technical datasheets.

• Create exhibition panels, banners, presentation slides and marketing collateral.

• Maintain a consistent corporate identity across all marketing materials.

• Assist in developing new branding concepts and campaigns.

Website Management

• Update and maintain the company website.

• Upload new products, projects and technical information.

• Improve website layout and user experience.

• Coordinate with external web developers when required.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.

• Produce product highlights, project showcases and behind-the-scenes content.

• Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

• Monitor engagement and recommend improvements.

Photography & Videography

• Visit project sites to capture high-quality photographs and videos.

• Document factory operations, product installations and completed projects.

• Edit photos and short videos for marketing use.

• Build and maintain the company's media library.

Content Creation

• Write marketing copy for:

  • product launches

  • newsletters

  • company announcements

  • technical articles

  • award submissions

  • event promotions

• Work closely with engineers to simplify technical information into customer-friendly content.

Event & Marketing Support

• Support exhibitions, seminars, customer events and product launches.

• Prepare marketing materials and event displays.

• Coordinate promotional merchandise and branding materials.

Creative & Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing files and digital assets.

• Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials.

• Assist in preparing tender presentations and capability statements.

• Support other creative and administrative projects assigned by management.
