We are partnering with a semiconductor equipment MNC in the appointment of their Sales Manager to drive business growth across the industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, expanding key customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to strengthen the company's market position. Working closely with major semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and EMS customers, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth while providing valuable market intelligence to shape business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer engagement, and competitive intelligence.
• Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, EMS providers, and other major accounts.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial policies, and contract terms that balance competitiveness with business profitability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their technical and commercial requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, customer demand, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate product launches, technical presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product enhancements and continuous business improvement.
• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring sales objectives are achieved within project timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of sales or business development experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products, applications, supply chain, and market dynamics.
• Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage strategic accounts.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally for customer engagements and business development activities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams towards achieving commercial objectives under tight timelines.
