We provide Farming-as-a-Service (FaaS) to the world’s leading blue-chip companies, hotels, and F&B establishments. We are looking for an Events & Workshop Lead who can bridge the gap between our high-tech, patented urban farming hardware and the people who use it. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, premium experience to our corporate partners, ensuring our indoor farms serve as thriving centers for employee engagement, wellness, and sustainability The Role: Part Showman, Part Project Manager This is a high-visibility role. You need to be uncomfortably organized behind the scenes to ensure logistics are flawless, while being able to "hold court" and lead a room of 30+ corporate executives with charisma and authority. Key Responsibilities • Workshop Facilitation: Lead our signature corporate sessions—including Pesto Parties, Green Smoothie Bars, and Herbal Tea Mixology. You must be able to command the attention of a professional audience, shifting seamlessly between the science of "Green Therapy" and the joy of a fresh harvest. • End-to-End Logistics: Manage the full lifecycle of a workshop. This includes tracking seedling cycles in our Marsiling nursery, coordinating transport, setting up "Pop-up Farm Bars," and ensuring the aesthetics of every installation are "Instagram-ready." • Lead Fortnightly Harvest Sessions: You will be the face of our "Farming-as-aService" model, traveling to our corporate locations every two weeks to lead hands-on harvest sessions. You’ll guide employees in snipping fresh herbs and leafy greens, turning a routine office day into a high-energy community event. Who You Are • The Facilitator: You have 3-5 years of experience in events, or premium F&B. You are a natural public speaker who thrives on people energy. • The Logistician: You live for a good checklist. You understand that in urban farming, timing is everything. You are proactive, anticipating needs before the client even realizes them. • F&B Savvy: You have a background (or a deep passion) for food and beverage. You understand the ‘theater’ of a kitchen and the importance of ingredient quality and presentation. • Singapore Resident or PR: You have a deep understanding of the local corporate landscape and are ready to be hands-on across the island.
