• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales documents

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups

• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business events

• Maintain customer records and CRM database

• Prepare sales and market development reports

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, confident, and willing to learn

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
