Full Time Warehouse Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in HA LI FA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

· Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure smooth material flow and space utilization. Coordinate closely with the Procurement and Sales departments regarding stock availability and real-time shipment status.

· Inventory Control: Conduct daily stock counts, reconciliations, and physical inventory audits (FIFO/FEFO principles) to maintain high inventory accuracy in the system. Also, preparation of comprehensive monthly inventory reports.

· Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate order picking, packing, and loading processes for timely and accurate delivery to clients or internal processing lines. Execute customer orders by accurately picking items according to lists and ensuring they are securely packed for delivery.

· Cold Chain Management: Monitor and maintain required cold room and storage temperatures for frozen and chilled items, reporting any deviations immediately.

· Team Supervision: Assign tasks, guide, and supervise warehouse assistants and forklift drivers to ensure high productivity and discipline.

· Documentation & ERP: Update and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods within the ERP/WMS system. Verify and maintain accurate receiving/shipping documentation (DO, PO, Picking Slips). Prepare, verify, and manage essential documentation including Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists, Invoices, and Bin Cards.

· Cycle Counting: Participate in periodic stock takes and inventory audits to ensure zero discrepancies in physical vs. system stock.

· Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, 5S housekeeping, food safety guidelines, and Halal standards within all storage and loading areas.

· Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks) is properly maintained and operated safely by certified staff.

· General Duties: Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

1. Education

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Working Experience

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.

· Prior experience in food manufacturing, cold storage, or FMCG environments is highly advantageous.

3. Knowledge & Systems

· Inventory Systems: Proficient in using SAP as well as Microsoft Excel.

· Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO, HACCP, GMP, and Halal storage requirements.

4. Core Skills

· Leadership & Supervision: Ability to manage floor operators and coordinate loading schedules under tight deadlines.

· Organizational Skills: Excellent spatial planning and stock-keeping organization skills.

· Problem-Solving: Sharp attention to detail with strong stock reconciliation abilities.

5. Other Requirements

· Physically fit and comfortable working in cold room / freezer environments.

· License to operate material handling equipment (e.g., Forklift/Reach Truck license) is a strong advantage.

· Willingness to work shifts or overtime during peak delivery schedules.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
