Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to support the overall finance and accounting functions of the company. The role will be responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, taxation and other finance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger activities.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and banking-related matters.
- Support audit and taxation matters, including liaising with auditors and tax agents.
- Assist in fixed asset and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Experience in the property industry is preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
