Kerja Sepenuh Masa Trading Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di MGES RESOURCES SDN.BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue invoices for purchase and sales transactions.
• Prepare and process delivery documents for each transaction.
• Prepare and issue required certificates and supporting documents for shipments.
• Perform accurate data entry of weighing records according to the relevant contracts using excel.
• Update and maintain contract balances, ensuring accurate tracking of quantities and transaction status.
• Monitor quantity discrepancies or shortages and report any issues to management for prompt action.
• Prepare and submit required customs and trade documentation according to the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure all transaction records and supporting documents are complete, accurate and properly filed.
• Record and update daily transaction and income data accurately.
• Assist with general documentation, data entry and administrative tasks related to trading operations.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
