Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual Merchandiser / Interior Designer to join our team. This role suits fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or interior design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual displays, window displays, and product layouts to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Assist in interior design concepts for retail outlets, showrooms, or office spaces — including space planning, materials, and furnishing selection
• Prepare design mock-ups, floor plans, and mood boards using design software
• Monitor store/showroom presentation standards and ensure brand consistency across outlets
• Source props, fixtures, furniture, and decor materials within budget
• Support renovation, refurbishment, or new store opening projects
• Stay updated on retail design trends, color schemes, and merchandising techniques

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar
• Creative eye for space, color, layout, and styling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to travel between outlets/sites when required
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work under project timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
